ABOUT DAVID
Sober since 2001.
Still in the arena.
I am not a clinician. I am a sober operator who works privately with people carrying real responsibility.
I have been continuously sober since 2001. The work has been practical: truth, structure, accountability, repair, and a life that no longer needs escaping.
I have spent decades building companies in technology and energy. That combination — long sobriety and real operating experience — is the reason this practice exists.
My coaching is private, grounded, and practical — focused on helping individuals create sustainable recovery that fits their life, responsibilities, and goals.
Who is this for
For capable adults who want clear, private support before the costs grow larger.
Founders & Operators
Building or running a company while addressing addiction, privately and seriously.
Senior Executives
Leaders who need recovery to hold up under pressure, boards, deals, and travel.
High-accountability adults
People who can't afford a public unraveling.
Recently sober, not new to life
Six months to five years in. The acute work is done. Now the question is how to build the second half of a career around it.
Long-sober, mid-career
Ten, fifteen, twenty years in — needing a peer, not a meeting; a coach who understands that maturity has its own risks.
Partners & Spouses
The non-drinking partner of someone in early recovery, working privately on what role to take and what to stop carrying.
PROCESS
Simple structure. Serious work.
